GALAXY feat. MAX BENTLEY - S meets Money (Unreleased Demo) 1988 VTO LOSTWAVE Give me what I want

Описание: This song was originally recorded as a demo for the VTO film S Beats Money. The vocals were performed by Max Bentley, who had previously sung the well-known tracks My Foxy Lady (Theme from Foxy Lady 9) and The Woman Who Loves Men.

The lyrics for this demo were adapted from songs by Midge Ure and Samantha Fox to shape the vocal melodies. These were meant to be replaced with original lyrics when a female vocalist recorded the final version — but that never happened.

The demo was never intended for release. However, its first minute was later used as background music in trailers for upcoming VTO releases in the early ’90s.

After spending over 20 years researching VTO’s music, I was given an old cassette copy of the song by the Galaxy team to digitize, archive, and curate. This might be the only source with all its technical flaws. I've tried my best to make it sound good. But please keep in mind that an almost 35-years-old cassette tape that wasn't stored properly cannot sound as good as a CD master.
I've also repaired two vocal flaws within the track.

As I discovered that people worldwide were searching for this song and its creators, I reached out to Max Bentley, who kindly granted permission
to share this unreleased track in its entirety exclusively on this YouTube channel.

Until now, only the first minute had ever been heard — always cutting off just before the chorus.

Unfortunately, due to legal complexities and the use of lyrics from other artists, the song cannot be made available commercially.
Additionally, I’m unable to provide a version without the audio watermark.
