A raw day in Thailand 🇹🇭
I start the vlog by ordering roti and Thai chai, then head out with my brother Mohammed El Mady, a Muay Thai fighter based in Thailand. Together we go to 4King Sauna in Pattaya, a well-known local spot where fighters come to recover, relax, and connect.
Inside the sauna, we unexpectedly meet two more brothers — Hicham and Soufian, both Muay Thai fighters living and training in Thailand. What started as a simple sauna visit turned into a full day of brotherhood, recovery, and real fighter life.
After the sauna, we grab freshly cut fruit from a local street vendor, then eat at Safina & Adam, one of my regular food spots near my stay at JN Mansion.
To close the day, I make a short solo stop at Sattahip, just up to the parking area, where you can see groups of monkeys freely running and chasing each other — a wild and perfect ending to the day.
This is real Muay Thai life in Thailand.
