Diamond ADL Enviro 300 PO54 NNM (30945) - Smoke From Engine

Описание: Today we take a rather unpleasant ride on one of Diamond's Enviro 300s on the 247 from Alcester to Bidford. At first, all seemed fine (if you don't take into consideration that it had broke the previous two days, on the same route, one making it a hour behind schedule), but before we got to Bidford, the engine warning sounds came on and smoke started coming through. Windows were opened (despite it being a cold day) and the doors were even opened. The driver did the right thing in not pulling over straight away because it would have caused havoc on the very small and tight roads. Also, the driver is the friendliest driver at Redditch. In Bidford, there is a big open road for other vehicles to go around and the possibility for people to go on the Stagecoach X18 (Coventry-Stratford-Evesham) service if they were going to Evesham. At 5:56 is the first time you hear the issue. The day before filming, the bus broke in Studley, with all electrics going, and while it was forming a school run (making people arrive at school late) and becoming a hour late. The day before that, it broke at a school in Alcester, but the driver was able to get it started again. It stared life as a demonstrator. Thanks for taking the time to watch.
