In this video I show you how to make a 3 rail kick shot using a method called spot on the wall. It's a simple drill that can help you a lot when you are blocked by your opponent's ball. Pick a piece of furniture, a picture, anything around the pool table that lines up from each corner of the pool table. Then lay your pool cue down and aim it toward the second diamond on the opposite end of the table. Use top right or left hand English depending on which end of the table you are at. After you find this spot for aiming, no matter most of the time where the cue ball lands, if you aim for that spot you can do a three rail kick.
