Perth Public Episode 8: BANKS start filling in at Cottesloe Mainbreak
'Perth Public' is about finding enjoyment in 1ft high, 1ft deep waves. Episode 8 took place at Cott main, a somewhat novelty local break. It needs a reasonable ground swell to start moving sand into place and this surf was some of the first signs of some banks forming for winter. The groin offered some protection from the gusting South Winds and hopefully as more swell comes through, the waves will start to break closer to the groin. Looking forward to the rest of the winter. Hopefully we get some more solid swells.
