Chris Morden is an estate planning and probate attorney, with offices in Raleigh and Wake Forest, North Carolina. Chris assists clients with estate planning, estate, guardianship, and trust administration, and he can assist on asset protection and various business and law matters. Chris is a Partner at the firm of Monroe, Wallace & Morden. He was named on Super Lawyers Magazine's Rising Stars list multiple years in a row, a designation named to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state. Chris was also listed on Business North Carolina's Legal Elite in the Tax/Estate Planning category, a designation chosen by NC State Bar members, who are asked, "Of the Tar Heel lawyers whose work you have observed firsthand, whom would you rate among the current best in these categories?". During his time as a Law Clerk for the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Chris served the Honorable John M. Tyson and the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr. Chris is a graduate of the Campbell University Normal Adrian Wiggins School of Law. He also has his MBA from Campbell University and a BA in economics from Michigan University.
