For Patient Safety Week, Alex Howell will share some simple strategies that educators can use to teach and promote psychological safety and shared accountability through structured debriefing. Having small and consistent conversations after clinical work can be a highly effective way to help teams transform everyday work and experiences into opportunities for system learning.
