ALBANY -- Questions surrounding the E23 casino proposal went unabswered Wednesday night.
The Albany Common Council is still waiting to hear who would run the Vegas-style resort.
It would be built right off NYS Thruway exit 23 in Albany near its border with Bethlehem.
With the application deadline a little more than a month away, the attorney representing the city, Jonathan Silverstein, is getting a little restless as he waits for more information.
Silverstein says the organizer learned a few days ago how much investment it would be forced to put into the project.
The attorney says the organizer will come forward soon, but wants to be able to control its announcement.
