DMRC Report on High-Speed Rail Impractical; Calls for Further Studies
On the proposed High-Speed Rail network, Chief Minister Satheesan revealed that the expert committee tasked with studying the Detailed Project Report (DPR) submitted by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has categorized the current proposal as impractical.

The panel has suggested that the project demands more comprehensive evaluation. The Chief Minister stated that the state government will finalize its course of action after thoroughly reviewing the committee’s recommendations.

Addressing inquiries regarding the appointment of government pleaders, the Chief Minister confirmed that no official complaints have been received on the matter. The government will initiate appropriate proceedings as soon as the DGP submits official recommendations. The Chief Minister emphasized that all administrative actions must strictly adhere to statutory rules and established governance protocols.

CM Dismisses Allegations Over Meetings with Hindu Organization Leaders
Responding to allegations raised by Left leader P. A. Mohammed Riyas regarding Hindu organization leaders visiting the Chief Minister's Office, Chief Minister Satheesan strongly rejected any insinuations of secrecy.

"These meetings were completely transparent. The leaders visited my official office openly to present their grievances. I did not meet anyone covertly at hotels or transport them secretly in private vehicles, unlike the practices seen during Pinarayi Vijayan's tenure," the Chief Minister asserted.
