Untamed Kingdom - Update 2.8.1 (Public testing for PC until 02/02/25)

Описание: Hello Hunters! Excited to share this gameplay video and tell you about some of the updates made recently here.
Movement:
This update we are testing some new movement methods to get a smoother feel.(Animations still need work and it would be hard to notice any new movement without actually playing but you will notice there's no more strafing.) We are not hard set on this movement system as we plan to test a range of different ways and let the players decide after testing all of them.
Optimization:
With each patch and update were are slowly getting way better performance. Still not perfect but manageable for testers. With that being said good news is that the groom is not what is causing fps drops so it will be not easy but easier to tackle knowing that.
Mechanics:

We've introduced a temporary birth system for the deer and following this patch we plan to make it live on all of our current playables.
Fat stores system is in place where if you over eat you gain weight and if you don't eat enough you drop weight. (It shows visually on the deer and is currently being worked to apply to the rest of the roster)
The croc has a grab that only applies to the deer (for now and needs some tuning)

There's a lot that still needs to be worked on and we are aware of this. IK needs to be implemented on most animals. Collision will be added to all animals soon. Speeds need to be adjusted for some animals as well as their rotation speed. We are working on a lot and with only 2 programmers they are working as hard and fast as they can. We don't want to rush and give out a sloppy product. So currently we are doing free public testing until 02/03/25.
