1/2 tsp fish seasoning, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, granulated onion and garlic, tamdoori masala, bouillon, green seasoning.
Olive oil for frying and cooking sauce
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 leeks
2 small onions
