NBN HFC cabling Location & Testing Upgrade
NBN techs had been out 4 times with the last crew being civils, with all their machinery out and ready to cut up the driveway, The EU in the front house rushed out and asked them what they were doing? They replied "cutting the driveway".
Well, that was soon stopped by the EU in the front as NBN had not consulted anyone and as it was a shared driveway they need to obtain consent.
As a result, were we contacted to see if we could resolve the lead-in issue as we had done about 12 months ago for the front house.
We located the cable run tested it and found an upgrade was needed but we hope we can do it without cutting up the driveway?
