Judgment tightens the breath.

it becomes a contraction in the body.
The chest closes.
The jaw sets.
The breath prepares to defend.
Compassion is not a moral idea.

In yogic wisdom, this is called Sakshi Bhava —
sacred witnessing.
Not fixing.
Not agreeing.
Not resisting.
Just seeing… without armor.
