We're ditching sugar and processed foods this summer and comparing Trader Joe's prices to Aldi.

With a $500 Costco budget and $200 for Trader Joe's, we'll stock up on essentials for the week.

Breakfast Burritos
Cheese and Pistachios
Mix nuts (Cashews, Walnuts, Pumpkin seeds)
Salmon Patties with Meditraian Salad
Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cecilia’s Chili
Omelets (Egg, Feta, and Spinach) with Greek yogurt, lemon zest, diced tomatoes, and fruit of choice
Burgers with cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and Kiki milk
BBQ Drumsticks with baby red potatoes topped with butter, garlic, and seasoning, and fruit salad on the side
Summer Mango breakfast jars
Tuna salad wraps with kalamata olives, lettuce, seedy crackers, and cantaloupe.
Snap Green Peas
Crustless Quiche with toast, peanut butter, and fruit of choice
Stuffed dates with cream cheese, peanut butter, walnuts, and honey
Mozzarella balls, pretzels, and summer sausages
Stuffed Grilled cheeses with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and arugula
Crepes with Greek yogurt, cherry spread, syrup, and protein
Orange and Fennel rubbed sliced lamb leg with cucumber and herb salad and sourdough bread
Bagels with favorite toppings, eggs, and leftover sliced lamb
Seven Sunday cereal with bananas and milk
Charcuterie board with cheese, crackers, dried fruit, meats, and more!
