I am super excited about this video I share what my thought process was for First Louis Vuitton Purchase!!

I get a little nostalgic thinking about it. I bought the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in the Damier Azur Canvas with Rose Ballerine Interior back in June of 2016! — That’s right, the bag on camera is four years old, and to me it doesn’t even look like it.

I also describe the reasons WHY I choose the Neverfull MM in Damier Azur Canvas. Back then, I had just graduated from college and was starting out new in my career.

Reasons Why I Choose the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in the Damier Azur Canvas with Rose Ballerine Interior:

1. Canvas Color + Interior Color
When I first fell in love with Louis, the Damier Azur Canvas was my favorite. In the boutique I had the option of selecting the Beige Interior or the Rose Ballerine. I of course went with Rose Ballerina because Pink is my favorite color.

2. The Size: MM (Medium)
I selected the middle size for the Neverfull. It comes in three sizes: PM, MM and GM. With this being my first purchase, I didn’t want the hassle of the GM size. At that time, it was too large for me. Additionally, the PM was just too small on my frame. I thought the MM was the perfect size for me and my lifestyle at the time.

3. Bag Silhouette: Tote
Before committing to the Neverfull MM, I contemplated buying the Speedy 30. The more I thought on it, I didn’t want to have a top handle bag, and I wasn’t interested in purchasing the Speedy 30 with the Bandouliere Strap. At that time, I wasn’t a big fan of crossbody bags or top handle bags. So naturally, I choose the Neverfull because it was a tote bag.

4. Price Point + Extra Pouch
Since the time of me purchasing this handbag in June of 2016, Louis Vuitton has gone through a number of price increase. Back then, the price point of the bag did matter to me. I was just starting off so I didn’t want to “break the bank”. Knowing that I also got the extra pouch, solidified my decision 110%
