Описание: Sunday, August 31st 2022. The audience reaction to an extraordinary and powerful concert by the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra under Canadian-Ukrainian conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson. The orchestra is a symbol of the remarkable resolve and determination shown by the people of Ukraine during the dark months of conflict – but also a beacon of hope for peace. Afterwards we gathered behind the Hall for the unveiling of the 190 metre long sunflower patchwork that began life in Australia and has been added to by over 16 countries and will finally be unfurled in Freedom Square, Kiev.
