Go Pro footage from riding the gnarliest enduro mtb trail in La Thuile, Italy. This trail called Cambogia was super steep with long chutes and plenty roots and rocks. The trail is also known as trail J which is a double black trail in La Thuile, Aosta Valley.
This is an enduro trail raced in the EWS in previous years. The trail gets progressively more technical the further down you descend. I had two crashes on this mtb trail but was stoked to ride the full trail. La Thuile is enduro riding heaven. Long descents with tight corners and technical sections. The Vitus Sommet CRX was so capable on the trail and the nice slack head angle was perfect for the steeps!
This was rated as a double black mountain bike trail on Trailforks and in the bike trail area. It's clear why! Most trails in La Thuile are either black or double black as they are hard and committed!
