Yogurt 1/2 cup/dahi
Lemon juice 4 tbsp/ leemoo ka ras

Paratha Ingredients:
All purpose flour 1 kg/maida

Oil 4 tbsp/ tail

Mayo Sauce Ingredients:
Mayo 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp/namak
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp level/kutti laal mirch

Vinegar 4 tbsp/sufaid sirka

Chutney Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup/dahi
Salt 1/4 tsp/ namak
Crushed roasted cumin 1 tsp/bhuna kuta zeerah
Green chillies 4/hari mirch
Garlic paste 1 tsp/ lehsan pisa
Corriandar leaves 1/2 cup/ hara dhania
Mint leaves 1/2 cup/podina
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp/pisi laal mirch
