Описание:
Add Butter to the pot and put in on the small flame on the stove.
It takes around 10 minutes to melt the butter and start boiling.
Let it boil for 10 minutes or until the milk solids are separated and the water evaporates from the Fat.
If you like the more enhanced flavor let it boil for another 5 minutes so the milk solids boil in fat and change the color to orange tone.
Turn off the stove and let it rest until warm.
Use strainer and filter all the solids from the fat.
Bone Apetite!
