Описание: Eating well while on the road can be a simple, fun, and fast way to fuel your adventures with nourishing home cooked (or van cooked) meals. With minimalist ingredients, a variety of healthy eats can be created without a recipe! (cos its not like you’ll have service anyway.)
While exploring in nature, going on a hike, swimming in an alpine lake (hint hint foreshadow)…. you’re gonna need to fill your body with real whole foods that will keep the good times coming. It doesn’t have to involve a huge time investment to eat clean while still enjoying tasty food. I have loved adapting my intuitive diet and seasonal produce lifestyle to the road. My little van kitchen has cooked many a satisfying meal after a long day of travel - it’s become one of my favorite parts of the adventure!
Van life enables me to reconnect with nature in a whole new way - one I hope to share with you. I want to inspire inner peace and happiness in others through a closer relationship with mama nature. With mindful eating, outdoor recreation, garden hopping, and sustainable living, van life has enabled me to better educate and inspire on the road.
