We all know that dancing is a common physical activity that we often do, but did you know that some of our moves or steps have its own graph? GRAPH DANCE aims to do a dance based on a graph where the arm movements represent the graphs of functions. By reading a graph, students move back and forth and vary their speed accordingly. This is a kinesthetic way to help students interpret and understand how motion is graphed.
This school year, the DCNHS-SHS Gr11-STEM Students had this Graph Dance as an Integrative & Collaborative Performance Task in Pre-Calculus, General Mathematics, Empowerment Technology and PE for this 2nd Quarter in this new learning environment.
