Surf Coach Essentials Course
Surfing NSW presents The Surf Coach Essentials Course. This course will enable Surf coaches to complete their First Aid, CPR and Surf Safety Supervisor course all in one day. We have also incorporated the Surfers Rescue 24/7 course as well an overview on how to manage trauma injuries and spinal injuries.
Surfing NSW Trauma Course
This course is an overview of "bleeding control" within an aquatic environment, designed to arm recreational surfers with lifesaving skills that can save a surfer from life threatening trauma injuries including shark attack, fin chop, propeller injury, severe lacerations and surf board related injuries.
Surfers Rescue 24/7
Surfers Rescue 24/7 is a FREE surfboard rescue for NSW recreational surfers. The award-winning course teaches crucial board rescue techniques that can be used to assist in an emergency situation and could ultimately save a life!
