小山光＋KEY OPERATIONによる、神奈川・葉山町の別荘「Hayama Huts」
住宅が建ち並ぶ地域に計画。隣地等への配慮と周辺からの視線を考慮し、プールを備えた中庭を５つの小屋が取り囲む“景色に馴染む集落”の様な建築を考案。断面寸法や勾配も既存住宅との良好な関係を意識して決定。

"Hayama Huts" by KEY OPERATION in Kanagawa, Japan.
The project was planned in an area lined with houses. The architects considered the neighbouring properties and the surrounding views, and devised a village-like building that blends in with the landscape, with five huts surrounding a courtyard with a swimming pool. The cross-sectional dimensions and gradients were also determined with an awareness of the good relationship with the existing house.
