1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Water
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon zest
Non stick cooking spray For pan frying
