🍓🍋 Easy Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake (No Crust)
Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup mashed raspberries

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or pan.
2. Mix cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg and mix gently.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Spoon mashed raspberries and add lemon juice
6. Add on top of the batter and swirl gently.
7. Bake 30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
8. Cool, then chill before slicing.
