It does not wait. People constantly move. They are all about business and transaction but that point is a charm that is unique and I like it! It screams. It hums. It crackles with the kind of energy that makes sleep feel like a waste of time. And beneath its shimmering skyline and suffocating humidity is a city that never quite chooses East or West — because it is both. Uneasy, proud, relentless.

How and where to find good food you may ask?
You sit down next to a cabbie, a banker, maybe someone who once ran from something. Doesn’t matter. In Hong Kong, you eat shoulder to shoulder — no small talk, just slurps. Dim Sum is not just a food here. It is a ritual that you have to do once you step foot in this lovely country.

Culture? It’s a place built on contradiction and contradiction builds character. British colonial bones wrapped in Chinese muscle, sprinkled with neon and lacquered with capitalism. Taoist temples buried between Louis Vuitton stores. Mahjong tiles clicking under a red lantern’s glow while, two stories above, a crypto bro’s burning through his third espresso. While the taxi driver has a better watch than most of us with that Rolex as he turns the wheel to your destination.

We could go on and on and on here but In Hong Kong, time matters. It's money. It's respect. It's identity. And in a city that never slows down, what you wear on your wrist says whether you’re keeping up or left behind.
