ರಾಗಿ, ನವಣೆ, ಅರ್ಕಾ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಾಜಾ ಮಿಲೆಟ್ಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಇಡ್ಲಿ–ಡೋಸಾಗಳು ಜನಮನ ಗೆದ್ದಿವೆ.
ಆಹಾರವೇ ಔಷಧಿ ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನು ಈ ಯುವಕ ತನ್ನ ಉದ್ಯಮದಿಂದ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
