Описание: What began as a pilgrimage to Puri to behold Lord Jagannath tragically ended as the last journey for two individuals. A horrific road accident occurred on the National Highway in front of Khantapada Police Station in Balasore as a family was returning home from Puri.

A car from West Bengal, returning after Jagannath Darshan, collided with a stationary sand truck on the highway. The collision resulted in the instantaneous death of a woman and the car's driver at the scene. Two other occupants sustained serious injuries and have been transferred to Fakir Mohan Medical College. There were a total of four people in the car, including the driver.
