Muddy Buddy Ingredients:
• 8 cups rice chex
• 2 cups powdered sugar or confectioners sugar
• 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice Cream Base Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 1/2 cups while milk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup coco powder
• 1/2 creamy peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 dash of salt
add in 1/2 cup chopped up chocolate chips to the ice cream towards the end once it has been churned in the ice cream mixer.
