Directions
Freeze Blueberries for a minimum of 3 days in Advance
Clean & Sanitise equipment
Prepare
1. Heat 300ml Apple Juice
2. Blend the frozen Blueberries
3. Dissolve 200g Brewing Sugar
4. Steep 2 Tea Bags for 15 Minutes
5. Add Blended Blueberries To The Fermenter
6. Add Sugar Apple and Tea Mix
7. Top Up with Apple Juice
9. Cool to 20°C
10. Measure Original Gravity (1.062)
11. Add 5g Verdant Ale Yeast
12. Add 5g Fermaid-O
13. Gently Mix
14. Add Airlock and Bung
Fermentation
15. Maintain Temperature at 20°C until Fermentation Complete
Secondary
16. Syphon to Secondary vessel
17. Add 1ML Glycerine
18. Add 100g Xylitol
19. Mix Well
Carbonation
20. Set CO2 Pressure to 10PSI and wait for 7-10 days
Bottling
21. Counter-Pressure Bottle-Filler
