Story:
With the criminals being desperate finding out the Arctic County isn't the best place to be, they go back to the city to see if it is their best option. After going through one chase that ends up in the sewers, they fly off and into the water and sink along with a detective, but when the police arrived at the scene along with an ambulance, the 5 criminals had already escaped and switched to a green car and were chased once again. They escaped as the officer struggled to leave his patrol car. The criminals in desperation, switched to a red car and pulled into a gas station for a rest. A highway patrol car pulled up to investigate, but they started a chase. After jumping a roadblock and driving into a pipe, they once again ended up in the sewers. They accidentally sped up and rammed into a roadblock. After crashing many more patrol cars, they drove into the end where they had sank a car before but braked as the police car flew into the water, They drove away but were followed by a mysterious white car. Who could it be? Where was Noki Lo-Key, and where are they gonna end up next? What happens next?
