Cannon Spike was one of those titles where Capcom cleverly drew in Street Fighter fans by letting them play as Charlie or Cammy (or Megaman), only to discover just how brutally difficult the game was to finish with those characters.
Arthur IS undoubtedly the strongest character in the game given his outrageous damage and range from special attacks.
