Around 4:30 Sunday afternoon, a Sargent with the Fullerton Police Department witnessed a two vehicle traffic collision at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Euclid Street in Fullerton.
Both drivers are female along with a e Uber passenger were involved in the crash.
Initially, there were no reported major injuries,the Uber passenger complained of pain but will seek medical assistance later.
The female driver later sought medical help at the scene.
The Uber driver was arrested for DUI after the initial investigation.
Police found a pint of vodka in the Uber drivers purse.
