Hi Guys,
With 24 hour shopping and home delivery many people are failing to store the food they would require in an emergency situation
Many foods are super cheap and can be stored safely for YEARS! These also make for great meals when you're cooking over a campfire after a days hiking
We're constantly reminded to eat fresh food, which is sound advice, but canned foods can be just as nutritious, last much longer and are generally just as cheap if not cheaper
