Описание: Caught the Builder (as they call it on the BNSF Seattle Terminal Dispatch channels) several times recently. Got the three primary liveries of Amtrak into the bargen: Phase VII (newet), Phase VI (VIb, as very akin) on the new Siemens ALC-42 Chargers; and the venerable Phase V on the equally venerable GE Genesises. The Monroe catch was very late, likely due to bad weather over Stevens Pass, which is semi-common during the winter months.
