This short tells a story about what would happen if Croatia got mad, and attacked every country it wants. Their first victim would be their friend, Slovenia. After quickly taking them, they would attack Bosnia, making a big mistake. Since Serbia would come in to help Bosnia, this war would change. Croatia wouldn't have strength to beat Serbia, but Kosovo would declare war on Serbia, helping Croats. Serbia would be crushed, giving Croatia control over the Balkans. However, other countries wouldn't like that, and would form an alliance against them. They wouldn't be able to fight against the whole Balkans, resulting in them losing this conflict.
