I'm out hiking solo again today, heading deep into New Zealand's native bush. After several hours of hiking, I make my way above the bush line to a perfect spot right by an alpine stream where I set up camp for the night.
There were lots of passing showers but eventually the fog and heavy rain finally set in for the night. The campsite was super relaxing and lots of yum food to indulge in. The winds came in the morning and my camp ended in chaos!!
** I actually did this camp in January 2025 but unfortunately one of my cameras memory cards corrupted (I think it must of got moisture in it) and I lost several hours of footage walking thru the native bush which I was absolutely gutted about!! This edit sat on my computer for months before deciding to try make something of it...hence the sporadic edit and storyline **
