"The Thrill is Gone" by B.B. King is a Blues Classic that everyone should learn to play. But it appears that it can be quite easy for beginner drummers to try and enjoy playing music and not just exercises.
That's the third song you can play in your drum journey. The first groove you play is the straight groove and the second is "Two kicks and snare" and here we add the groove we call "One kick, two kicks". And we play "The Thrill is Gone" with this groove. It goes as a 12-bar blues, so every 4 bars we put a small fill and at the end of the 12 bars we put the "Pa-Pa-Tum" fill. :)
