Описание: Picked up a new toy. Found the Weber Smokey Mountain 14.5" on clearance at Walmart. Got it for $75 (yay!!). I know I just picked up the Traeger Junior Elite a month ago but I couldn't pass up this deal. The Traeger gets great smoke flavor inside the meat, but the Traeger Junior Elite in my case takes too much time of babysitting in my liking. My Traeger hopper always needs to be monitored because for some reason the pellets don't gradually drop down, maybe my backyard cooking area isn't level (I am pretty sure it is). With the constant babysitting, it means no long smokes throughout the night. From my first cook with the mini WSM, I have seen that the temperature stays at constant smoking temperature for a couple hours with no babysitting. The WSM is more set it and forget than the Traeger Junior Elite.
