Описание: Soft serve or soft ice, is a frozen dairy dessert similar to ice cream but softer and less dense as a result of air being introduced during freezing. Soft serve has been sold commercially since the late 1930s in the United States. It was in 2000, while the whole world was adapting to the changes and challenges that came with the new millennium, Filipinos were being introduced to a new cool treat: the soft-serve ice cream. With soft serve, this is accomplished by a special machine that holds pre-mixed product at a very low, but not frozen, temperature at the point of sale.
