Homemade Pinsa Dough (Fast Version)
🥖 Ingredients for 2 pinsas:• 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour• ¾ cup (100 g) rice flour (finely ground)• ⅓ cup (50 g) semolina flour• 1 tsp (2 g) dry yeast (or 6 g fresh)• 1¼ cups (300 ml) cold water• 2 tsp (10 g) extra virgin olive oil• 1½ tsp (8 g) salt• Bake with pizza stone for 6 min at 480°F (250°C).• Top with mozzarella, tomato, veggies, prosciutto, whatever you love.• Bake again 6–7 min until golden.
