The Behmor 2000AB Plus roasts up to 1 lb of coffee easily with its smoke suppression tech, making use of an afterburner — not a catalytic converter, as Mike originally mentions. (Please take note!) It's an extremely durable roaster with a huge community and incredible support. The Behmor 2000AB Plus is a great upgrade from air roasting, offering a greater batch size, and the flexibility of automatic and manual roast profiling.
