I love doing hot or treatments.It really works well in my hair, and it is a great benefit for the health of my scalp and my hair.
For me it really does protect my hair and my scalp from dryness.It also helps to reduce breakage.It makes my hair so soft.It gives my scalp and my hair hydration and moisture.It also gives a great shine as days go on..

It moisturizes and it strengthens my hair so like I said in the video, allowing the warm oil to penetrate my scalp and hair shafts really helps the cuticles, which seals into the cuticles as they open up, it also reduces frizz and adds much shine to my hair...
And if you didn't know it, you can look this up.Hot oil treatments really help repair split ends, and it helps to soothe dry, dull , itchy, scalp..
