The sacred fire has long been a bridge between worlds—a symbol of transformation, devotion, and a reflection of the Souls Light.

In this final video of our series talking about how to create sacred space, we explore the power of the humble candle as a way to invite sacred space into your home and open your heart to deep healing. The lighting of a single flame can be a declaration: 'I am ready to receive.' Through the repetition of bringing light to our circle, we are reminded of our connection to the mystery and healing qualities of life, the holy spaces that exist where our hearts and minds create it.

I also share one of my personal gratitude candle practices—blowing out the flame as a gesture of gratitude, sending its light as an offering to whatever I feel most thankful for.
