Welcome back now that all of that is out of the way lets talk scrambled eggs. Sandi Windgate from our Facebook group Retort Pouch Canning Shelf Stable Food Preservation asked for this one. Breakfast in a Bag. I had a very basic recipe for ham and eggs, but my mind kicked back to my past eating scrambled eggs and little smokies when I was in the military, they were good. So that is what I am adapting for the recipe.
