I needed to rebuild a Red Lion RJS-100 water pump. The RJS-100 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Part 1 is just the basics of how the pump is assembled and how to take it apart for rebuilding the impeller. There are 2 parts to this tutorial. The pump rebuild was a complete success, is installed, and works perfectly! This is NOT the RJS-100-PREM.
The rebuild kit I used is the Red Lion 640161 Repair Kit for RJS-75, RJS-100 and RJC75/100
