🧨 More Than Meets AI 🤖 Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance) PIPELINE TEST

Описание: I built a 2-minute Transformers-inspired cinematic stress test to measure where generative video actually stands under pressure.

This pipeline didn't start here. It traces back to brute-forcing animated Cyberpunk car anime on SDXL + AnimateDiff, and has been stress-tested across OpenAI Sora2, Vidu AI Q Series, Alibaba Group Wan, LTX, and Tencent Hunyuan before landing on ByteDance Seedance 2.0 thanks to Martini nodes ✅

💀Several GPUs were sacrificed along the way, but the objective never changed 🖥️

Make the pipeline execute precisely as designed.
Treat “AI” as a tool, not a substitute.
No tolerance for model shortcuts.
No visual band-aids.
No accepting results just because they were AI-generated.
No invented genre to hide flaws.

What’s working ✅
• Physics are improving. Significantly. Mass, inertia, and impact timing are starting to read as mechanical rather than elastic;
• Far less morphing during transformations. Structural separation feels engineered instead of liquid;
• Surface logic and metallic response under dynamic lighting are more coherent;
• Medium-length action beats maintain temporal stability more reliably.

Where it still breaks ❌
• Upscaling remains unstable. Fine mechanical detail either collapses or over-sharpens unnaturally;
• Wide shots degrade under sustained motion;
• Long takes amplify geometry drift and reflection inconsistencies;
• Large-scale environments expose volumetric flicker and debris jitter. 🌫️

Frame rate inconsistency is another structural issue. The same timeline drifts between 23.97 and 30 fps. Pre and post unification is mandatory⏱️

Sound design is improving ElevenLabs ❤️‍🔥

Color grading remains a bottleneck 🎨

The direction is clear. The limitation is no longer whether the system can generate something impressive. The limitation is scale, stability and resolution. We are closer. The pipeline is starting to obey.
