First posted anonymously to an online UFO forum in 2005,
the Serpo story claims that in 1965, twelve human beings were selected, erased from public record,
and sent to another star system as part of a formal exchange with a non-human civilization.

What follows is a journey that begins in familiar territory: Roswell, Cold War secrecy, intelligence briefings,
and then slowly leaves Earth behind.

As the story unfolds, something interesting happens.
