A fizzy take on the classic Negroni cocktail recipe. Simply swap the gin from a standard Negroni recipe for a splash of Italian Prosecco.
INGREDIENTS
30mL Campari
30mL Sweet Vermouth
30mL Prosecco
HOW TO
1. Add a large crystal clear ice cube to your double old fashioned glass
2. Measure the Campari and sweet vermouth then pour over the ice
3. Add the Prosecco
4. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange
