Welcome back to the mat! 🌿 Today, I am sharing a complete 60-minute full-body yoga flow, filmed in a beautiful outdoor oasis.
As an Integrated Wellness and Movement Coach, I designed this sequence to touch on every aspect of your physical and energetic body. We start by grounding our energy with calming alternate nostril breathing, slowly building heat through a dynamic sequence of Sun Salutations and strong standing postures, and finally melting into deep, restorative floor stretches.
In this 60-minute practice, you can expect:
✨ Breathwork: Starting with deep inhales and exhales to regulate the nervous system.
✨ Strength & Stability: Moving through powerful poses like Warrior I and Warrior II to build lower body strength and core stability.
✨ Deep Openers: Exploring deep hip openers like Skandasana and wide-legged folds to release stored tension.
✨ Spinal Mobility: Incorporating thread-the-needle stretches and supine twists to wring out the spine and improve your posture.
